Sure. Something like the Cold War isn't won by one man. We all know that, but Reagan did his fair share. He showed that sometimes getting people to like you can be the catalyst for opening up their minds to a major reconciliation. Reagan did that. He also had a flair for the dramatic when it was really needed. Do you remember this speech? " Are these the beginnings of profound changes in the Soviet state?
