He did say it a while ago. Apparently he reiterated it a few days ago but note the context. 'Unless there is improvement in the conditions'. Of course. ...unless there is improvement in the conditions that generate what I consider to be a civil war. Spin, lie, attack, whatever. I have the facts. You have rhetoric. You are projecting ... again. "Iraq is in a Civil War. A point of view that completely lacks qualification. "The Maliki government exist only because we're propping it up. The Iraq government needs our support. Your insistance on calling it Maliki's government serves the same purpose as bashing bush and we both know what that is. "It would disappear in a second if we left." Which is why we haven't abandoned the Iraqi people. Massive genocidal civil violence hasn't occurred, thanks to America.
