WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. Signs Agreement With Prime Solar Senergy for Marketing & Logistic Support in Spain
Tuesday September 11, 3:00 am ET
Agreement is in Addition to Current Plans with M&G Promociones for Multi-Megawatt Projects 2008-2012

PENNINGTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB: WWAT.OB - News), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems announced today that it has signed an agreement with Prime Solar Senergy, S.L. of Barcelona and Madrid to be WorldWater's exclusive representative in Spain.

Prime Solar Senergy (Prime) will act as WorldWater's marketing and logistics partner to acquire and fast-track large scale photovoltaic installations throughout Spain, such as the multi-megawatt, 5-year project announced by WorldWater with a Letter of Intent in July with M&G Promociones de Vivienda Urbana, S.A. An executive mission from WorldWater's U.S. headquarters will depart next week for Spain to meet with Prime and M&G in Madrid to negotiate final contracts with M&G to build three 10-MegaWatt (MW) farms over the next three years (10MW each year) and two additionally planned 50MW farms in the fourth and fifth years in Lorca (Murcia Province) Spain. If final contracts are successfully negotiated construction is expected to start in 2008 for the M&G project.

Quentin T. Kelly, WorldWater Chairman and CEO said, "Prime has already established a track record of successfully completing large development projects in Spain and they have numerous large-scale solar projects in their planned pipeline. When you combine their national market expertise with our proprietary technology and advanced solar engineering we bring a powerful and cost efficient business model to a dynamic growth market."

In 2005 the Spanish government approved a new Renewable Energy Plan (Plan de Energias Renovables, (PER). The plan provides incentives to achieve Spain's target of 12 percent of primary energy being generated from renewable sources by 2010. By improving the legislative environment for renewable energy, the plan is designed to attract a 23 billion euro in investment.

WorldWater owns the only patented technology that allows the operation of electric motors up to 1,000 horsepower on solar power alone. Other solar technology is limited to five to seven horsepower.

They are getting bigger quarters and are making moves that I don't see in many other companies in this industry. After printing paper for themselves for years, they really seem to be the real deal!
Heading back to 2 again with good if not excellent volume.
The oil price of 80+ is going to make the decision by many industries much easier to go with companies like this

WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. Moving to Larger Corporate Headquarters to Accommodate Growing U.S. and International Staff
Wednesday September 19, 3:00 am ET

PENNINGTON, N.J., Sept. 19, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, announced today it will move from its present corporate headquarters in Pennington, New Jersey to a new, larger facility located in Ewing, New Jersey. The new world headquarters, which opens October 1, was customized to house executive and office staff, and outfitted for the special requirements of its solar research and development team.

``The growth of our business has been so rapid over the past year that we've had to disperse people to separate buildings. At the same time, we've tripled the number of our engineers and program managers needed to execute current and near-term large projects in the U.S. and overseas. Now our team will all be together in one, large, modern building that affords better communication and interaction among our staff, and yet we still have extra space for further expansion,'' said Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO. ``In addition, we will be forming joint R&D teams with our associates from EMCORE Solar and ENTECH and sharing space in the new facilities,'' Mr. Kelly said.

Since the new headquarters location is only six miles away from the current operation, telephone and fax numbers are unchanged.

Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO of WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp., to Testify at U.S. House Hearing
Monday September 24, 12:25 pm ET
Congress Considering Small Business Alternative Energy Tax Policies to Lessen Dependence on Foreign Oil

PENNINGTON, N.J., Sept. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO of WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), a developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, has been invited by the U.S. House of Representatives, Small Business Committee, Subcommittee on Contracting and Technology to testify as an expert witness on the solar industry. The hearing, entitled ``Small Business Renewable Energy Tax Incentive Possibilities'' will be held September 26 at 9:30 a.m. at the Rayburn House Office Building. The Subcommittee is considering changes in the IRS code to promote renewable energy development and production among small businesses to help move the U.S. away from foreign sources of petroleum. Representatives of the wind, biofuel, and electric utility industries will join Kelly on the four-person panel.

``I'm honored at the invitation to testify and pleased at Congress's support of solar technology. Solar is quickly becoming a major component in business and government strategy across the country to fight soaring energy costs and keep U.S. industries competitive. Solar is now mainstream, cost-efficient and practical, and is being embraced by state and federal legislatures as a renewable energy source that leaves no dirty carbon footprint, improving air and water quality,'' said Kelly.

Quentin T. Kelly has been Chairman of WorldWater since its inception in 1984. He has many years experience in international business involving water and solar power needs in the U.S. and the developing world. He holds three patents relating to water and solar systems. In 1998, he was inducted into the New Jersey Inventors Hall of Fame. Earlier, Mr. Kelly was Assistant to the President of Westinghouse Electric Corp., and CEO of corporations manufacturing and marketing specialized water and solar systems internationally.
