There's more than enough context in the New Testament to suggest that Jesus was against the infanticide common at the time.

CJ makes a B.S. assumption to the contrary, then concludes that Jesus would have considered abortion to be OK. Rather than dissect his logic, I decided to post a strong anti-abortion message from Mother Teresa. It was worth it to see non-Christians pretend to know the heart of Jesus better than Mother Teresa herself.
