Obviously, Dan. TSMC is in the foundry business. They let customers run designs on their process. TSMC's milestones are not going to include when customers deliver samples. They are only going to be concerned with when their process is ready for customers to tape out their first designs.

Real classy, Dan. Not only are you wrong, but instead of giving a reasonable reason or theory, you're just out to discredit mine. Maybe if you ever grow up, we can have a conversation that doesn't include quips such as these.
