If what they mean is taxpayer-provided universal health care, then I disagree. What else could they mean?

In the US everyone already has a right to purchasing their own health care, and the citizens have ALWAYS had that right.

But then, I know you know that. So I ask the question, "what else could the Left mean, if they didn't think that some people should have health care for free, and the rest of the citizens should pay for it?"
