I can't give you the name of any country including our own where justice is perfectly applied in a humane manner. I also don't have information on every region of the world and how well they do. Egypt comes to mind as a country that practices Islamic jurisprudence and is fairly humane and democratic (sometimes) in how they go about it. I recognize there is plenty of corruption there too. You want perfection, die and go to heaven, this is the World you are a livin' in dude.
