Hope you haven't made that pie yet GZ. I made one for ourselves tonight and forgot to add an egg to the cream in my posted recipe.

Just take 1 lg egg and beat it together with the cream before you throw it into the pie.

That's what I get for taking the recipe off the top of my head without looking it up.
