As far as I know they have a lower rating collecting the disease for a starter too!
No doubt they consume a lot less fat than their US sisters, supposed to have a positive influence.

Possibly they also have more sex...

Nuns, as you most likely know, while less prone to cervical cancer (no dirty "inserts") are subjects to elevated levels of breast cancer as compared to their sexually active sisters on the other sides of the nunnery walls.
