Blueberries are great because they freeze so well and are very healthy. One of my favorite flavour combos is the tartness of apricot with the smoothness of blueberry -- try this in muffins or pancakes or on top of your cereal. I am working on a recipe for making apricot jam with embedded blueberries but haven't been able to perfect it so far. We produce lots of blueberries here on the Lower Mainland, but the week of torrential rain we just went through didn't help the farmers. LC
