Wow, now that is certainly disappointing, our chicken was very moist and tender... I don't know what would make the difference... I cut the chicken into 3/4 inch strips so more of the surface would get the liquid, that might make some difference... I'm sorry it didn't turn out the same...

I used to make my focaccia into mini loaves It was purely by accident that this happened. I intended to flatten them out but got distracted by the kids. One of those things that turned out to be better then expected.<g>
