I have always worked with ARRS without cable's consensus demands. Its because TCI did not have the technology, until ARRS had NT licensing on DWDM(3 colors).

Today, cable does not have customers. So ARRS can show them where the customers are. Comcast is trying $19.95/mo for six month broadband contracts. RCN has $90/mo triple play contracts. But that will go to deaf ears, because broadband people want more media for downloads for ownership of video(youtube fun) and music(ipod craze). Cable can spend a lot of money to do statistical studies(poll), selling by price war hurts bottom line.

We hope to be ready, when the cheap price did not pull in customers? Rich contents will?
