They do seem to have IMO unnecessarily compounded the problem with their original press release

I said on the day of the halt that if they didn't have sufficient facts, they should not have allowed the stock to begin trading again until they did. Now they're trying to downplay the whole affair like it was no big deal, except that more than a few million horses have already left the barn

Expect another round of lawsuits over not just the original discrepancies, but for the manner in which it's since been handled

I don't care if the gold is actually there -- I wouldn't give these pikers 2 cents simply on principle
