Yes, it may go down. But - i think not at once. Wave structures call for at least a bounce, imo.

But waves are a lot like a Roscharch test - people see in them what they would like to see. For instance, if you are bullish, you can see in that chart a big bullish Expanded Flat correction since the June high. A bear will see a breakdown in progress.

So far all I bought is holding well, in the green for the most part. But if SPY starts making new lows here, I'll need to get worried. Will probably cut down or get out.
