Re- 'The Homebuilders'

Agreed. It's only who to buy and when.

There is massive blood in the street.

They are hated and despised.

And they are battered and beaten.

It's when- not if, that they will be a deep, deep, value and contrarian BUY. It's who to buy and when. Actually, I'm starting to follow them. If the Fed cuts rates next year to pump up the Republican's relection hopes for 2008- then the homebuilders will be a screaming buy later this year- if they haven't bottomed already.

My thinking is that it may pay to wait for a Dow correction before buying them. Or, maybe for another subprime shoe to drop.

I'm tempted, but I'm waiting.

Good thoughts ecrire. Who do you like best in the sector and why?
