Doug - Bull. With that cooler it'd be roasting hot and it's very likely Charlie would've noted it, or noted not being allowed to touch it. 180W is a lot of heat to dissipate. Besides, if it was all the other fans cooling it, it'd cook right quick with the case open. More likely they're there to help with the R600s.
