Labels have never meant much to me except that falling under a label authorizes service. I don't see the two (AQ and AQ-lite) as mutually exclusive. For example, it was reported that Zarqawi split from OBL over some rift. Then when he had some successful operations in Iraq they began nuzzling again. I imagine the AQ-lites to be no different. If a separate group began to have some successful operations someplace in the world, the formal AQs would fund them as a model program for others to replicate. So, it seems reasonable to me that we take them all serious, managing our resources according to level of threat from each type of group without ignoring anyone.
