Not really. You seem to be assuming that just because a man looks at a woman lustfully that a) he acts on it and b) she is interested also. We might bring up c) she gets pregnant, but...

Given the status of women in the region, even in that day, this statement doesn't shed a lot of light on the issue of abortion. It does tell us something about how women were, and still are, regarded as property.

In that respect, Jesus was pretty progressive for his day.
