That sounds so good. Sometimes one or two ingredients is better than a whole slew of them. Absolutely, this is my style of cooking, my culinary point of view, to borrow that phrase... I like bold tastes with few ingredients, just enough to enhance the natural flavor of the basic food item itself, and none of that complex pattern of flavors that can only overwhelm and destroy the natural flavor of the food itself... this way, everything I make is a comfort food of sorts, and easy to make...
