I fully agree on Bush

But what REALLY scares me is not so much Bush or Cheney but the fact that most of the ruling elite sees nothing wrong with the Iraq invasion except that the US is losing.

If the Bushies were wining the war there would be very little mainstream criticism no matter how blatant the atrocities committed and condoned by the US.
