"you have to admit posting about hatred is a lot different than the actual slaughter of anyone who isn't of your religion......"

Posting is like talking. Your words and deeds are about all you've got to live with when all is said and done. And their are no posts that don't have an embedded agenda. Not mine or anyone else's. The logical path to heinous conduct begins with a person's feelings about his circumstance. You process those feelings. You nurture those feelings by having them validated or you dismiss those feelings by broadening your perspective with information that competes with the information that sparked those feelings. You act on feelings by discussing them or by other types of actions. If you hold up in an information tank that is very narrow in perspective, you fuel the feelings that are endemic to that perspective.

Fear leads to hate, hate leads to harmful conduct to self and others.

Heinous acts of brutality perpetrated in the name of religion are abhorent, inexcusable, and should be condemned in all occurences. They are born of fear and hatred.

There is a definite difference in talking and committing heinously brutal acts but they are found on the same path, the latter simply being further down the path.

Corrupt and brutal men don't simply spring up over night, their tendencies are nurtured along and they gradually slip into such character, just as drug addicts start out with fairly innocent experimentation among friends but eventually become the desolation of humanity, if the chain of progression isn't interrupted. Don't fool yourself into thinking you are participating in some harmless braggadocio here that wont lead to any actual conduct. If not you personally, something you say here could trigger someone else to go off the deep end. The more time and the more bonding interactions you have with a particular group the more likely you are to act on that groups venue. Be responsible.
