That is neat stuff! Glad you shared it with us.

The closest thing I have to that is watching an old-time cook at Kitchin's Drug Store make potato salad. I remember him warning me to cut the celery really, really fine.

The store had a soda bar and I was one of the soda jerks there who also worked as a clerk and who also worked as a - you get the idea. That was back in 1955.

The drugstore has been closed for 30 years and an office complex replaced it.
