i have heard single parents being told not to carry a family health insurance policy for their kids. these are kids going off to college.. they are told tell them to go to hospital if they need medical attention , they must be treated.

so the singles who cannot afford a family plan or do not want to pay the price throw more back on the state or federal gov or public to pay for their kids health.
