every mortgage and banker knew it too. It was greed to get the commissions etc with total lack of concern for the person doing the loan to get into a home. why wouldn't jump at the opportunity to take cheap money and move from a rental into their own place and most times cheaper than rent. Now we have democrat congress that wants to make them all whole. so the public will pay in the end.
