interesting premise/theory.

reminds me of the splish splash a bit of 2000. back and forth until someone pulled the drain.

otoh.... have you seen any real sign of a ramp up in corp spending and i.e. tech spending? i don't see it, or haven't seen it. seems to me that's a necessary condition.

btw.. we had a 108 billion net import of tech crap last year.

that is a lotta dough that gets revalued on the profit margin side if/when china revalues or dollar falls out of bed some more.

the tech brain trust and manufacturing aren't here anymore are they?

who is in charge when there are no more handshakes left to keep it all together?
