Hi guys,

I appreciate your comments, don't know the tech that well but have liked the stock until now. I was once involved in a buyout (Intel bot Chips and Tech., Inc) and the public didn't get much of a premium over the stock price, 20% maybe, so from that one experience the outlook isn't good. Having said that a bidding war would not be bad at all.

Thanks for your insight.

We'll see.

I could be wrong, but with a correction which promises to be long-lived looming, it is my thesis that even a billionaire can wait for possibly better share prices if he is interested in LTBH.

Not even a minimally sophisticated investor looking to take a position buys the way he has, in a rush, with no seeming regard for prices other than to not go over his max, which appears to be 8.5.

Even a 20% premium, however, justifies buying and adding at this point in time.
