Except it was university trained doctors who could not ignite a jeep and kids from the poor side of town who successfully navigated the planes. "To use an analogy- you have a town with 2 schools- they both call themselves public schools, but one school is in a rich area, with parental support and financing and 100% fully accredited teachers, the other school is in a poor area, with almost no parental support, and 45% accredited teachers- would you wonder why the kids at the latter school have lower test scores? Different people, different support structure, different education = different outcome."
