I think you better check out the timing of when
the civil suit will come to trial. And don't
forget appeals. In the best case for AMD, I don't
see how any money can arrive in time to affect
Fab 38.

The EU action is (a) just starting and (b) probably
could only benefit AMD financially in establishing facts
for a subsequent civil case.

So I think you're dreaming if you expect $ from the
case to affect Fab 38.

That said, I believe AMD deserves to win its antitrust
action against Intel. I'm just unsure about who they
can convince to testify, and the max possible damages.
Note that the U.S. judge has indicated sympathy with
the Intel position that the statute of limitations had
run out on many U.S. claims because AMD stopped making
CPU chips in the U.S. too long before the filing.
