"How about it? I don't think it should have been in the "news"." You don't think the American public needs to know what their government is up to (or, in this case, not up to)? That a military strike against al Qaeda / Taliban forces (planned by our military, mounted-up and ready to go, with very high priority al Qaeda and Taliban targets) was CANCELLED at the last possible minute on the runway by administration politicians afraid of embarrassing Pakistan --- the very nation that created and supported the Taliban, and gave them sanctuary in their territory, and a 'peace treaty' when we ran them out of Afghanistan? You don't think it's important for the public to know this? (I sure do!)
