"I drove through Flint, MI today"

You can pick up houses in Flint for nearly pocket change. The problem is, there's little hope of any appreciation or resale.

You could always sell rabbits as "Pets or Meat"!

We have people going to bed hungry every nite. Why?

Dude, I drove through Flint, MI today and really just found myself feeling guilty... I can't believe places like that exist in this day and age in the US.

Its really quite amazing how many cities in this country have Flint-like neighborhoods in their midsts where decay and squalor and dispair are their primary products. We've learned to ignore stuff like that but when you stop and look at what this country really has, you begin to realize we've been sold a bill of goods by the best snake oilsmen this country has to offer.
