"Who is making these F'ing decisions?"

The Decider! Aided by Dick Cheney with those tough decisions. It still has to pass Congress - so there's some hope.

This country is F'ing nuts. We can't afford universal health care. We can't afford the the infrastructure and subsidies need to get off F'ing oil. But we CAN afford to arm both sides of in the ME to the teeth and to occupy Iraq for more than $1Trillion. Who is making these F'ing decisions?

U.S. Set to Offer Huge Arms Deal to Saudi Arabia

This shit has gone on for a very long time........much longer than Bush has been in office. We never knew because there was no internet.....because the media kept quiet.....because we trusted that our leaders knew best. What's changed? Bush has taken the executive privilege concept to a whole new extreme plus his administration is incompetent plus we have numerous vigilant blogs, forcing the media to do a better job. I imagine that it came as a big shock to Rumsfeld/Cheney/Rove that the lemmings were complaining. At first they didn't take it seriously but now, they are......and they are pushing back. That's why this democracy is in jeopardy. It never really was a true democracy....reflecting what the people truly want. Instead, it reflected what the privileged in this country wanted. And war and enemies and militaristic thinking works for them......economically. So I think we are in a huge struggle that will not be resolved overnite. Why I am pessimistic.....and the same with CJ is that these people are well entrenched and not enough Americans are paying attention.
