The only objective impression thing I get from the pic is that the Muslim girl is a tad more modestly dressed than Ms. Goofus, although I am not offended by the tank top and don't consider it immodest. If a political point was to be made, it would have been made a lot more assertively than with a plain vanilla photo which in many respects can be interpreted in a manner contrary to the point which was allegedly being made.
