There's little reason that a helicopter pool couldn't work in most markets.

crazy, i thought there was a pool on these chases.. It doesn't make sense to have several helicopters on a car chase etc.. I wonder who would approve these kinds of expenses and dangers to follow a stolen car etc. no wonder we never get new events.
