Yeah, an acquisition makes sense. That could be one reason the former CEO (Zarley) is mentioned in the press release - I have a hard time seeing why he is the first name when the other guy has taken supposedly over already. If it were negative news on the June Q, there's no reason to announce early, and they might as well put an indication of as much in the press release. I hope its not a statement about the options backdating crap that has been plaguing loads of companies for the past few years. I guess even if it were, then they wouldn't be able to discuss the June Q, so the wouldn't say they are going to do that in the press release.....
