I haven't been following the story about dog fighting. However, I believe that most of the fighting breeds like pit-bulls have fighting in-bred.... they were developed by man with that end in view. To expect them to be peaceful is like asking a bird-dog to lose interest in birds. First, do you agree with me ? If you do, then what should we do with those breeds ? I was recently attacked by a pit-bull, and was saved only by the speedy intervention of the owner. I advised him to shoot the beast.... What would you suggest ? Should ownership of these breeds be forbidden by law ?

VICK. Out of all the athletes/sports figures discussed here recently, Vick's gotta go PERIOD. I am a very forgiving person who understands that people sometimes mess up but i'm afraid there's no forgiving and certainly NO understanding from me in this case. If i had any say in this matter, he would go through exactly what those poor Dogs had to go through and that's just for starters. It is my hope that today's judicial system sets a very clear example with this case and makes the whole world hear it
