155/95 with episodes to 198/120 in panic mode. Panic mode was transient ischemia. Man you don't wanna go there. I was about to talk with the big guy.

It is now fairly stable at 128/80. Goal is to lose 25 more pounds and get to 110/70.

The first clue was a Health weight site. They gave me 1/2 the weight loss formula.

I found the formula had been hit on before by Peter Rowlands in his book, The Nutritional By-Pass and Julian Whitaker in part in this books reversing Hypertension, and Reversing Heart Disease.

Michael T Murray helped loads especially with the gout. Folic acid at 12 milligrams a day helped there. Yes that was 12,000 micrograms.

You need to increase the B vitamins and lipotropic factors right across the board. move fat and lose the excessively quick sugar producers. No use doing that and eating a pound of insecticide every 6 months too. 2 steps forward and 3 steps back don't work.

Have to cut the caloric load. I used to eat 3 lbs of veggies and 2 lbs of fish with Bechamel sauce in 4 tbspns of canola oil every day. Gained 24 lbs. Then I discovered that the devil's main hell is veggie oil. Crisco and HD/obesity are the same upward curve since 1950. Cut the baked goods. Mickie D's is de debil. Those arches are the gateway to hell.
