The executives live a few exits south in Belfast Valley, in the heart of horse country. There 5 million will get you 8 acres, with a 8,000 square foot house and a helipad, some horse paddocks. The house will have a lot of cupolas as well as numerous out buildings. All the big wigs from Alex Brown, Legg Mason and T.Trowe live in Belfast Valley. But if you are really up there on the corporate ladder you have a 5-8 million dollar estate on the the Severen with a deep water dock for your sailboat.
