If you want to reduce protein and HD inducing toxins, excess fat in your bloodstream, you haven't many options. People who eat fish 3 times a week are 40% less susceptible to heart disease.

Also lose the deep fried and the veg oils with the exception of walnut oil and olive oil. Worst thing for you.
