As noted in the article---------

"Ivy League credentials" are common to both this recent generation of black politicians and numerous white politicians who have come from the Ivy League schools.

Given the black politicians are trained at the same Ivy League universities is there real change? Seems they have followed the same route as the white Ivy league politicians and become like them.

The article mentions the recent generation being born after 1950 and not a part of the civil rights movement.

In similar fashion, just as they were not a part of the civil rights movement they have not served in a major war or major incursion.

This is a gap in experience that is questioned by some black people who were a part of the civil rights movement and by men and women of all colors who served in WWII, Vietnam, Korea and Iraq plus numerous incursions.

Obama has an experience gap in both areas---------can he overcome these to get the Democrat Nomination?
