The world without the enormous contributions of Jewish people would be a much less interesting and far less technologically advanced place. Whether in art or science or business, the contributions of jewish people distinguish them as a people of extraordinary talent, energy and intelligence. And for that the Jewish people have been hated, have been the target for envy and scapegoating, and have been used many times over to rally support for hate mongering losers. Having said all this, Israel is a country with problems that you don't seem to be able to view objectively. Israel is a country that has done some things that are not helpful to its own peace and security. Israel has done things to co-opt US policy. All of these things need to be part of an honest discussion of foreign policy.

Nadine...using a quote is not in itself offensive. I said using" that" quote was in bad taste because in attacking you he would imply that all jews are like you. THAT IS NOT TRUE! You, nadine ,are as intollerant as any white supremist...fortunately you ARE NOT representative of all jews. re ignore...putting someone on ignore is like sticking your head in the stand. A person who is in controll of their own emotions can read an offencive post and dismiss for what it is without hiding from it. my apologies to others who use ignore...but ask yourselves ...what good does ignore do other than protect ones own sensitivities?
