try this:

To improve digestion, take apple cider vinegar, and alfalfa. Cayenne will promote good digestion.

Reduce protein, eat more fish, fiber by the ton. reduce starch. Lose weight, and reduce cholesterol. Work up to 3 grams of niacin a day over a three month period, unless you have liver problems that are known. Get your liver enzymes tested every two months.

increase folate, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin C. Don't lose the weight too fast. Take 9 months to lose 50 lbs. or thereabouts. Eat more whole grain bread and drink wine.

Do not eat fatty meals. Drink lots of water, but keep it below 6 glasses a day to avoid water toxicity.

Take magnesium with coffee three times a day.

Drink lime and lemon juice and eat apples. Eliminate veggie oil and stick to olive oil.
