Ture, but since America has so many other nationalities, cultures, as well as ILLEGALS coming into America, most of whom have NO idea at all of American culture, or American history....would this be true today???

Wishing that Americans still have the strong internal tradition of law and order, but finally thinking MAYBE we still have this, but wondering if it is still true.....

I don't think most would fall into anarchy so quickly. Americans have a strong internal tradition of law and order

Well, in the past, when law officials were scarce citizens formed Vigilante Committees. What would be done today, I cannot say. But, I think as a group the citizenry is armed better then ever before. jdn
