I know you liberals wish the US had laid down and let the other side win the cold war. In actuality, the Soviet Union may not have even had ICBM's capable of reaching us accurately. Like Saddam, the Soviets were no threat and those thousands of nuclear missiles aimed at our cities were no danger at all. Thank you for showing why liberals aren't trusted on national secutity issues. the rightwing seized on Cold War hysteria to try and rip up our Constitution and install a quasi Fascist state. You're confusing a movie plot with real history. In real history, nothing like this ever happened. Castro was also no real threat to us once Kennedy stood him down. Why did Kennedy have to stand them down? You've already claimed Soviet nuclear missiles were no threat so why worry about them in Cuba? The real fascists are those who want to stifle opposition speech, like you liberal Democrats.
