HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- China's consumer price inflation in July soared to its highest level in more than a decade, beating estimates by a big margin and strengthening the possibility of another interest-rate hike by the country's central bank.
Data posted by the National Bureau of Statistics on Monday showed that inflation rose to 5.6% in July from a year ago, staying well above the government's full-year target of below 3% for the fifth straight month.

I told all of you that you would get a chance to buy the FXI at $110 or below .... LOL

Here comes your opportunity, but I am short the FXI, I remain short and I am not going long yet ....

I am a huge believer in China story long term, but the shanghai market is the most irrationally overvalued market out there.... there will be a time to go The index, but this is not it yet!

Best of luck to you all....

Ted :)
