You can make that case about american weapons going to any nation that ends up in conflict. Should we only supply military hardware to folks who are at peace? It doesnt work that way. Weaponry serves as much as a deterrent as in battle. Hizbo pushed until israel used the weapons that they had. If SK gets attacked by NK should we not arm them because weaponry will be used against the North and civilians might be killed? We might as well have our allies all over the world preemptively surrender to their enemies knowing that we will pull the plug when the going gets tough. You lack the intellectual ability to make cogent arguments and you never did answer same about your obvious lies and exaggerations. Calling sam a dual loyalty Jew is the line you always fall back on because you have nothing else to offer. Bush may be a chimp but you are far lower on the evolutionary scale than that.
