I think most people outside the "Muslim world" would prefer to let radical Islam be the cancer it is in that region of the world, and let the people of that region fight against it themselves

Too late, the cancer has already metathesized. France is 10% Muslim, you think they can ignore the philosophies that are taking over the Muslim world? Not to mention : 9/11, London, Madrid, Bali, etc etc
