Dreamfields is really important in our house. I have diabetes and my wife was recently diagnosed with the same. Dreamfields allows us to continue enjoying our favorite vehicle for so many flavors. There are other low carb pastas, using ingredients like soy flour etc, but they taste different and not very good. Dreamfields uses the same semolina flour as other pasta and tastes exactly the same. I don't know how they accomplish it, maybe it's done on the molecular level. We have been able to find it easily in three different states.

I've seen that product at the new grocery I've started shopping at. When I go back next week, I'll pick some up.

My husband and I do our own version of a low carb diet. I need more carbs than what Atkin's allows, found that out the hard way.

The only thing I could find on the packages at the store today was that some of them had 5 grams of fiber.
