You can't even read. The 90K your are reading on the top chart is the total wafer out's for ALL production -- 65nm and 90nm, including Chartered. epscontest.com

The same total production line is repeated on the bottom chart, which shows the split between 65nm and 90nm. The gray area is 65nm. The split at 2Q07 is 44K 65nm and 52K 90nm 12" equivalent wafer outs. Your yield numbers are off by more than a factor of 2. :o)

PS - you quoted 20K per month as current 65nm wafer out rate -- 60K per quarter is indeed what it should be for Q3 per the chart.
