It's not as unrealistic as you think. Just look at the number of motherboards under $100 which use the nVidia 500 series chipsets. It's actually greater than the number of motherboards which use the AMD 690G. I'm sure plenty of Sempron owners end up with nVidia on the motherboard.

But let's say you want to guestimate AMD 690G numbers. Just go ahead and subtract 10-20W of system power for the loaded config. You'll see that Celeron 400 series still comes out ahead.
