Dan, you completely missed the point of the thread. The play-a-lawyer-on-SI types are sure, SURE, that stepped discounts based on a "percentage" of anything MUST be illegal. That AMD's Diamond (and the stock market) disagree does not seem to color their thinking on the matter.
